What a Klutz....

Sarah had a bit of a klutz-y moment on Friday. She was walking through the back yard and twisted her ankle and fell on an uneven portion of the sidewalk. Thankfully Abigail was in her car seat and she was fine. Sarah on the other hand sprained her ankle really bad and had to go to the doctor for x-rays. No, it isn't broken...but it looks like it should be.

Jenny, I guess now you don't have to worry about Abbie...since she has now been officially dropped (BUT SHE IS OK!!).

Here is a most recent picture of the little girl and of course the ankle!

Decisions

OK, so...we've decided on Abigails nickname (for now). We are going to spell it.....ABBIE! Like father, like daughter!

Not too much new here. Abigail is growing and growing and growing. We swear her face gets chubbier every day. She has started to coo and gurgle and make other noises other than crying (yippee!). No real 'social smiles' yet, but they are coming soon we think.

And..she is FINALLY fitting into most of her 0-3month clothing. Mom (Sarah) is excited because now Abbie has more options for clothes (oh it is sooo fun to get her dressed in the morning, so many cute options).

More updates and PICTURES to come soon.

Love,
Sarah, Ed & Abigail

1 Month Old

How has a whole month passed so far? We cannot believe that Abigail is already a month old!!! Even though she is not mobile yet, Ed is already saying "People with newborns should have 4 arms!" We are in for it.. But honestly, everything has been going quite well. We are starting to get into somewhat of a routine, which is nice (and of course, subject to change at any time!!!).

Abbie had her 1 month check up today and she weighed in at 9lbs 11oz and 21 inches long! YIPPEE...

Happy New Year!!!

We would like to wish everyone a HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We rang in the New Year in unceremoniously....we were all sound asleep! Which was GREAT!

Ed and I (and Chelsea, although she doesn't know it) are looking forward to 2007 and all of the FIRSTs that lie ahead. We can't wait!

Love you all!
